S H I P P I N G

  • Orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days.

  • We strive to deliver exceptional customer service and timely delivery, but are also at the mercy of our carriers.  That being said, please understand that from time to time there may be delays in delivery due to Holidays, weather conditions etc. 

  • You will always be able to track your package once mailed, via a tracking number.  For any questions, please email us therollinrack@gmail.com.

  • Flat rate shipping: US $10 International $25.

R E T U R N S

 

  • We are more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit for an unworn garment, in it's original condition, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS IN PLACE, in it's original packaging. 

  • In order for a garment to be returned, customer must return the garment within 7 days of receipt.

  • We do not offer refunds at this time (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • In the event there is a problem with a garment, please be sure to email us at therollinrack@gmail.com! 

  • Please note that returns will be made at your own cost, unless the error was made by the The Rollin' Rack.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot process any changes once an order has been placed.

  • Please allow 5-10 days for us to process returns.

  • I AM A RECYCLED GARMENT AND I AM MORE THAN LIKELY LESS THAN PERFECT.
